They are expanding their remote operations team and hiring a Process Serving Operations Specialist to help close out jobs, verify details, and prepare affidavits with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Review job notes, invoices and proof of service documentation for accuracy
• Prepare and finalize affidavits of service and non-service
• Communicate with process servers and clients regarding case updates and status
• Close out completed jobs within deadlines and maintain detailed records
• Assist with e-filing and document submission where applicable
• Ensure all service attempts and affidavits meet state compliance standards

Skills

• Prior experience in process serving or legal support
• Working knowledge of affidavits, proofs of service, and legal filings
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computer systems, email, and online case portals
• Reliable remote setup and professional communication skills
• Located in Florida (preferred, not required) must know Florida's service of process laws
• Experience with Process Server Toolbox (PST) or similar systems
• Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
• Basic understanding of court filing systems and e-filing processes
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
