Job Description:

• Lead design execution for the Saviynt SaaS platform experience
• Create design roadmaps navigating complex business and technical requirements
• Capture interactions, edge-cases, and various user states
• Deliver user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Align leadership on design direction to build a seamless experience
• Mentor junior designers and manage contractor teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related product design field
• Proven track record of driving and owning large-scale initiatives from concept to delivery
• Strong capability to understand complex data structures and provide design options
• A low-ego, highly collaborative approach
• Mastery of creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for front-end prototyping
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity domain is advantageous
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus
• Experience with user research and data collection
• A customer-centric portfolio representing your design process
