The role is working within our studio: Belka Games Belka Games is a game development company. According to Sensor Tower, the company is among the top 30 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help drive product decisions through data. In this role, you will research player behavior, analyze game performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and monetization metrics. You will work closely with a game producer, game designers and developers to identify growth opportunities, evaluate new features, and support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in the process of developing mobile games Work closely with product team to help validate feature goals, prioritize initiatives, and support product decision-making through data analysis Define in-game data tracking requirements for new features and product initiatives.
