What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage data processes for the Open Enrollment period, including processing waiver approvals and updating tracking systems
• Handle an average daily waiver report that can include several hundred individual waivers
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding their waivers
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and potentially the Director on other data management projects
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to students' accounts in the Banner system

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• A BA in business or technology preferred, or 5 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Excel and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of data and maintain accuracy
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in data management or administrative roles within a higher education setting
• Familiarity with student information systems, particularly Banner
• Experience in handling large datasets and waiver processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Interest in social justice and commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment
