About the Role

BH Everyday is hiring a performance-driven Social Media & Meta Ads Manager to help grow a modern, luxury-inspired fashion brand. This is not a content posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to: -Turn content into conversions -Turn ads into profitable sales -Build a brand that actually moves product What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing and growing Instagram + Facebook
• Creating high-converting Reels, ad creatives, and short-form video
• Building, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Testing creatives, audiences, and offers to improve performance
• Monitoring key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjusting accordingly
• Planning and executing weekly content + ad strategies
• Handling the backend of Ads Manager (structure, targeting, scaling)

Minimum Requirements (Must Have) ❗ Do NOT apply if you don’t meet these

• Based in the United States
• Proven experience running Meta Ads (not just boosting posts)
• Can clearly explain:
• Your best-performing campaign
• What results you achieved (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
• Experience creating or directing video content (Reels/TikTok style)
• Comfortable working independently without constant direction

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 per week Work Location: Remote
