Job Title: Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists Location: Orlando, FL Employer: 4Consulting, Inc Position Type: Full-time Worksite: Remote Position Summary 4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technology and government-focused positions using multiple recruiting channels and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across IT and technology domains.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification activities to assess skills, experience, and role alignment.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver targeted candidate pools.
• Track sourcing activities, candidate engagement, and talent market insights within recruitment systems and reporting tools.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires: Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 3–5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or recruitment support, with a focus on government IT or technology roles. Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
