Vidsy is a global creative platform that transforms how major brands create video advertising across paid social. They are seeking a social-first Creative who will conceptualize and direct high-performing social content while collaborating with various teams to ensure brand goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Direct: Develop "social-first" concepts for brands like Pepsi, L’Oreal, Google, and Warner Bros
• The Bridge: Act as the creative glue between our Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers
• Direct Creators: Brief and direct our external Creator Community to ensure they deliver authentic, high-quality UGC
• Trend-Jack: Keep your finger on the pulse of platform shifts (TikTok, Reels, Snap) to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve
• Pitch & Present: Confidently share your creative vision with major enterprise clients

Skills

• 18 months (plus) - or equivalent experience - working within the creative industry or within social content production
• Social Native: You don't just 'use' social; you understand the nuances of TikTok, Meta, and Snap like a pro
• Portfolio: A showcase of work that proves you know how to tell engaging social first stories in vertical video
• Creative Visionary: You can dream up a concept for a beauty brand one hour and a gaming brand the next
• Communication: Comfortable leading client calls and presenting your ideas with conviction
• Briefing Skills: Experience briefing UGC creators, Editors, and/or motion designers
• Technical Literacy: You don't need to be an editor, but you know your way around the Adobe Suite and understand the video production workflow
• AI Enthusiast: You're already experimenting with AI tools to speed up ideation or production
