The ideal candidate will advocate for design standards, participate in workshops, and communicate effectively across stakeholders. *Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Responsibilities:* * Lead comprehensive digital designs encompassing research, wireframes, and visual prototypes to enhance user interactions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Advocate for user-centered methodologies, accessibility standards, and consistent design language throughout projects.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to gather insights and align stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate design concepts clearly through annotations, presentations, and documentation to multi-disciplinary teams.

*Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Qualifications:* * Over 5 years of professional experience as a UX or UI designer, with a strong portfolio of digital products.

• At least 2 years of expertise in user research, interaction design, or visual design pillars.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working within Agile and lean product development environments.
• Proven ability to independently work with stakeholders to design enterprise or business applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience prototyping and designing responsive interfaces using modern front-end technologies like HTML/CSS and open-source frameworks.
