About The Role

• Seeking a senior UX/UI Designer to support high-visibility Company Commerce initiatives. This role will partner closely with engineering and product teams to improve workflows, onboarding experiences, usability, and AI-driven product interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, visual designs, and interactive prototypes
• Provide UX/UI design support across Company Commerce initiatives
• Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to align on product direction and user experience
• Support usability improvements and onboarding experience enhancements
• Contribute to AI-focused workflows and agent integration design
• Deliver design guidance and support roadmap initiatives across multiple commerce products
• Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI design and product design
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Strong visual design and usability design background
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
• Experience supporting complex digital product initiatives
• Comfortable working on AI-focused workflows and emerging product experiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or commerce platforms
• Exposure to onboarding optimization and workflow design
• Experience designing scalable product experiences across multiple initiatives

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Design, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $105.63 per hour
