We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer (Java) to join our dynamic team at EPAM Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. As a key member of our quality assurance team, your expertise in Java and automation testing will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Designing and developing automated test scripts and frameworks using Java. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective testing strategies. Maintaining and enhancing existing automated test suites. Identifying and troubleshooting software defects and communicating them to the development team. Conducting code reviews and ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed. Researching and implementing new tools and technologies to improve the automation testing process. Working closely with manual testing team to identify areas for automation. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of automated test scripts, frameworks, and processes. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Staying updated with industry advancements and incorporating them into the automation testing process. Adhering to company and industry standards for software quality assurance and testing.
