Solaris DeepSight is a Japan-based data solutions team supporting data visualization, automation, and DX projects, especially for manufacturing clients. We are looking for a skilled Tableau / BI Developer who can help us build practical dashboards and support DX-related data projects. We need someone who can do more than create charts — the ideal candidate can understand business requirements, define KPIs, structure data, and design dashboards that support real decision-making. Main responsibilities:

• Build Tableau dashboards for manufacturing, operations, quality, cost, inventory, and management reporting
• Translate business requirements into dashboard design and KPI logic
• Work with SQL, Excel/CSV, and prepared datasets
• Create calculated fields, filters, parameters, and interactive dashboards
• Identify data quality issues and suggest improvements
• Communicate clearly and document dashboard logic
• Support project planning and DX discussions if capable

Required:

• Strong Tableau experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience building business dashboards
• Ability to understand requirements and ask good questions
• Good written English communication

Nice to have:

• Manufacturing / operations / supply chain experience
• KNIME, Tableau Prep, SAP HANA, SAC, Python, or ETL experience
• Experience leading BI or DX projects
