Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration. Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for AI initiatives. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or senior role. Expert proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong experience in at least one major AI domain such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
