Senior Sourcer – Supporting Ford Racing – Remote Ford is building the workforce behind Ford Racing, supporting high-performance, motorsport, and aftermarket automotive programs that require highly specialized talent. We’re hiring a Senior Sourcer to partner closely with Ford Racing and Sustainable Talent’s recruiting team, driving end-to-end early-stage talent strategy, candidate screening, and stakeholder collaboration while working remotely. This is a senior, impact-focused role for someone who loves digging into niche talent markets, advocating for strong candidates, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring leaders to solve complex search challenges. About the Role

You’ll own sourcing and early-stage evaluation for Ford Racing roles, building targeted pipelines, screening candidates, and advocating for top talent. You’ll also participate in recruiter and stakeholder calls to share market insights, review pipelines, and recommend creative approaches when searches get challenging.
