We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to provide full lifecycle recruiting support to Ford Racing, partnering closely with stakeholders across Concord, NC and Allen Park, MI while working remotely through Sustainable Talent. About the Role

You’ll lead full lifecycle recruiting across key Ford Racing functions, working closely with hiring leaders and talent partners to define talent needs, drive search strategy, and deliver exceptional candidates. While you will be remote, you’ll collaborate regularly with teams based in Concord, NC and Allen Park, MI and may support roles in both locations.
