Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing incoming payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company’s cash flow remains efficient and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and send customer invoices, account statements, and payment reminders.
• Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
• Assisted with month-end closing activities and generated relevant financial reports.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve invoicing and collection processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
