Job Title Senior Sales Development Representative Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline generation. This role focuses on prospecting into B2B and B2C organizations, engaging both technical and business stakeholders, and qualifying opportunities related to SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-enabled services. You will balance individual contribution with light leadership responsibilities, acting as a role model for outbound execution and sales discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting technology-focused organizations Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations Communicate product and solution value clearly to non-technical and technical audiences Engage decision-makers and influencers across multiple roles Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on targeting and messaging Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records

Required Qualifications

Experience in B2B and B2C sales within technology, SaaS, or digital services environments Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered Experience working with US or UK-based companies Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and advance sales conversations Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to tech, cybersecurity, FinTech, AI, or enterprise software Experience selling into technical or product-led organizations Familiarity with account-based prospecting Tools & Technology CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Sales engagement and sequencing tools Dialers and call coaching tools Remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar) We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
