Responsible for overseeing and review of the standalone financial statements of overseas branches (New York, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain Retail, Bahrain Corporate, Oman, India and India Gift City) in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable regulatory requirements.
