Key Responsibilities

Manage and update NDIS participant records and documentation (not limited to) Handle service bookings, invoices, and claims processing Coordinate with clients, support coordinators, and providers Maintain accurate data in CRM/NDIS systems Assist in compliance and administrative reporting General admin support as required Ideal Candidate Takes ownership and executes tasks with minimal supervision Comfortable working with repetitive yet detail-heavy tasks Strong sense of urgency and accountability Why Join Us?
