As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for winning new business, building client relationships, and providing strategic solutions for Financial Services and Technology clients.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and turning opportunities into wins
• Leading consultative sales conversations with procurement, sales, marketing, and executive-level decision makers
• Working in structured, detail-oriented environments like Financial Services and fast-moving, innovation-driven spaces like Technology
• Developing customized SMMP and enterprise solutions that align with client goals and business needs
• Navigating complex pricing, financial data, negotiations, and internal collaboration to move deals forward

Skills

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful, analytical approach to prospecting and solution design
• Experience representing a business at industry events and building networks of champions, coaches, and partners
