This role is integral to assessing and processing complex insurance claims, ensuring fair and timely resolution for policyholders across various lines of business. The Senior Claims Adjuster will manage a caseload of significant complexity, conduct thorough investigations, determine liability, and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policies and industry best practices. Responsibilities include interviewing claimants and witnesses, inspecting damaged property, and coordinating with experts such as engineers or legal counsel when necessary. You will be responsible for evaluating policy coverage, documenting all findings and actions meticulously, and making informed decisions on claim payouts. This position requires a deep understanding of insurance contracts, claims regulations, and settlement practices. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear, consistent communication with all parties involved is paramount.
