Salesforce Developer – Apex & REST API Integration-full time-Remote
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex Development and REST API Integrations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary Salesforce technical resource, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions while integrating Salesforce with external platforms such as ServiceNow. This role requires a hands-on developer who can work independently with minimal architectural oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
- Develop custom business logic, workflows, validation rules, and automation solutions.
- Build scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions following best practices.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
REST API Integration
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Implement Apex Callouts, Named Credentials, Authentication, and Error Handling mechanisms.
- Consume and expose RESTful web services from Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot API failures, performance issues, and integration bottlenecks.
ServiceNow Integration
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Synchronize case management, incident management, and onboarding workflows.
- Support data exchange and process automation across platforms.
- Ensure secure and reliable integration architecture.
Case Management & Automation
- Configure Salesforce Case Management and onboarding workflows.
- Develop process automation using Apex and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Implement custom approval processes and business workflows.
- Enhance operational efficiency through automation and integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
