Pipeline Mastery: Proactively hunt and engage passive "sales superstars" through advanced sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards. Greenhouse Superuser: Optimize our Greenhouse ATS workflows to ensure data integrity and a friction‑free experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Desired Skills And Qualifications Sales Recruitment Specialist: 2–5 years of proven experience identifying and closing high-performing sales talent highly preferred. Sourcing: Strong experience with and knowledge of multi‑channel sourcing to attract top quality talent.
