Sales Account Manager-Denmark European Area

Sales Account Manager – Denmark European Region We invite you to explore a career with Kinetic by applying for the Sales Account Manager position, based in or near the country of Denmark to support that regional European IC Semiconductor Market (we will consider qualified candidates in the surrounding European Region, not necessarily in Denmark). In this role, you will leverage your account management and sales experience to execute strategic sales plans for Kinetic’s analog and digital semiconductor solutions across a diverse range of customer applications.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and manage sales opportunities for assigned accounts, as well as identify and secure new business within your designated market(s). Achieve revenue and profitability targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new, high-value customers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Kinetic’s marketing roadmaps to drive penetration within key target accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective communication between customers and Kinetic’s executive team. Prepare and present annual sales plans based on market trends, customer insights, and product availability. Maintain accurate and timely forecasting and reporting of sales activities and pipeline status. Collaborate with product line teams on customer programs, including bids and pricing negotiations, while identifying opportunities for both existing and new product development. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to support effective and profitable account management. Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, manage accounts, and maintain sales data integrity. Stay informed on semiconductor industry trends and market dynamics to guide both short- and long-term sales strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Business, or a related field. Engineering background preferred, with exposure to analog and digital ICs. Strong technical understanding of semiconductor products. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing profitable accounts. Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within the semiconductor or IC industry. Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally. Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach. Minimum of 7 but ideally10 years of experience in sales of IC or semiconductor-related products.
