As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the face of our company, making and receiving calls to and from current and prospective customers, and helping them find the perfect solutions for their technology and communications needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen, understand, and take quick action to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals and help to set up the account
  • Process upgrades, downgrades, new product purchases, and facilitate delivery and installation efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain excellent time management, professional customer service at all times, and balance multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Participate in continuous professional development training sessions and engage in dynamic team-based company culture

Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success. If you have the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-based role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and a track record of success with customer-facing roles
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multi-task during the course of a business day
  • Tech-savvy, or the ability to pick up concepts quickly
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills
