Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and written correspondence, responding to routine and complex inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
• Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on CDC Public Response procedures, policies, and protocols, providing knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to careerzynith standards.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) months of customer service/administrative/call center experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection, private work area, and adequate power source.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and alternate schedules as needed to meet operational demands.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with phone systems, headsets, and CRM software.
• Additional training or education in a related field, such as health information management or public health.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.

Minimum and Maximum Salary:

$17.20 - $24.04 per hour
