Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brilliant® is partnering with a large, multi-site organization to find a Senior Manager of Financial Systems. This role involves leading and optimizing the finance technology ecosystem, focusing on Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning
• Serve as the primary Finance Systems SME across the organization
• Lead system enhancements, configurations, reporting, and process improvements
• Partner with Finance, IT, HR, and business leaders to develop scalable solutions
• Drive automation efforts and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheet-based processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and data visualization tools
• Lead user training, change management, and adoption initiatives
• Manage system releases, testing, and deployment activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related areas
• Hands-on Workday Financials administration experience
• Experience supporting or administering Adaptive Planning
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Experience with reporting, business process configuration, and system optimization
• Proven ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication, training, and change management skills
