[Remote] Website Project Manager (WordPress)

The Website Project Manager will oversee key WordPress website development projects, ensuring high-quality execution and successful client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a global portfolio of WordPress website development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
  • Act as the primary liaison between Madcraft’s project teams and international clients, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate and brief development, design, and content teams on project requirements, deliverables, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality
  • Ensure project tracking platforms are maintained with up-to-date progress, resource allocation, and key deliverables
  • Provide expert guidance on UX, UI, website performance, digital strategy, and eCommerce solutions
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
  • Support client service requests by managing ad-hoc updates and new feature requests within the client support channel

Skills

  • Proven experience in website project management within an agency or digital environment
  • Ability to manage multiple website projects simultaneously, balancing scope, timelines, and resources
  • Strong understanding of WordPress
  • Experience managing international clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists to ensure seamless project execution
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations for website enhancements
  • Experience in Contentful, BigCommerce, Shopify, and other enterprise-grade CMS platforms considered a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for website and digital project delivery
  • Proficiency in PM and task management systems such as Trello, Monday, Teamwork, Forecast, Smartsheet, Jira, etc
