Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced IBM FileNet / ECM Support Engineer to support and maintain IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap environments. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, developing automation scripts, and collaborating with various teams for system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap environments
- Troubleshoot production issues related to document management and content capture systems
- Work with ICN, IBM Content Collector, WebSphere Liberty, and Oracle databases
- Perform application monitoring, incident management, and batch support activities
- Develop and support automation/scripts using Java and Python
- Support applications across Unix/Linux/Windows environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for issue resolution and system enhancements
