Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is seeking a UX Designer for a project-based role in the financial services sector. The role involves redesigning product pages and improving customer experience through usability research and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end redesign of product pages
• Conduct usability research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Analyze competitive sets and industry best practices to inform design decisions
• Plan, execute, and synthesize user testing to validate concepts and optimize experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions

Skills

• 5+ years of UX design and user-centered design methodologies
• Strong background in usability research, competitive analysis, and user testing
• Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa
• Must be physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States
• Financial services experience is a major plus
