They are seeking a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to focus on planning and executing paid media, webinar, and outbound lead generation campaigns to drive signups for their programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and execute demand generation and lead generation marketing programs for the startup program
• Drive acquisition through paid media, webinars, web placements, and outbound marketing initiatives
• Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, web, and paid advertising channels
• Support digital marketing initiatives including content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign analysis
• Develop audience-specific messaging and campaign content
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs based on data
• Partner with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to align on lead quality and follow-up strategies
• Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign execution and reporting

Skills

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience within startup ecosystems and startup-focused marketing campaigns
• Proven success executing lead generation and demand generation campaigns
• Experience managing paid media campaigns and webinar marketing programs
• Experience with channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt, email marketing, and social media
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and/or Marketo
• Strong copywriting and messaging development skills
• Data-driven approach with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
• Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience
• Basic graphic design skills
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience increasing program registrations, applications, or signups
• Experience marketing to startup founders and early-stage companies
