• 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant, with a strong focus on Kronos Workforce Dimensions(WFD) and related modules
• Good Knowledge of Time management and HCM Process
• Proven expertise in configuring Kronos for advance scheduling
• Coordinate the testing of UKG / Kronos configuration and integrated solutions
• Partner with client team members to ensure go-live and post-live success
