• Expertise working hands-on-keyboard inside platforms like Meta or Google in the past year
• Managing bids and budgets
• Building out campaigns and ads to a degree where you can effectively quality check builds
• Leveraging measurement and experimentation tools
• Managed paid media campaigns optimized toward purchases or revenue (not just traffic or leads)
• Meta Ads or Google Ads
• Paid Search or Paid Social
