Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Contractor to support sensitive operational workflows within a fast-paced technology environment. The role involves managing daily operational workflows across enterprise and government customer programs while ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer account provisioning and configuration activities using internal administrative tools
• Process approved requests and validate successful implementation
• Maintain accurate operational records and close workflow requests on time
• Coordinate execution across multiple internal environments and teams
• Ensure access controls and permissions align with operational standards
• Escalate issues, discrepancies, and blockers proactively
• Recommend updates to runbooks and operational procedures when improvements are identified
• Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and scalability
