The role focuses on supporting hiring across high-impact Engineering needs, particularly in Software Engineering and AI/ML, by identifying and engaging exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for highly technical roles across Software Engineering, AI/ML, and related engineering organizations
• Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level technical positions
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines
• Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top technical talent
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting Software Engineering and/or AI/ML hiring
• Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent
• Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques
• Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
• Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience supporting hiring for AI/ML, Machine Learning Infrastructure, or Software Engineering organizations
• Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling engineering teams
• Strong understanding of current technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets
