[Remote] Technical Product Manager (TPM)

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering background and a passion for emerging AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical programs focused on AI integrations, APIs, and cloud-native platforms, while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs focused on AI integrations, APIs and cloud-native platforms
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture and product teams to design and implement AI agent integrations and MCP-based solutions
  • Drive development and adoption of scalable APIs and microservices architectures
  • Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines and success metrics
  • Ensure alignment across distributed teams and manage dependencies, risks and priorities
  • Establish and track program governance, reporting and communication cadence
  • Facilitate technical discussions and remove blockers for engineering teams
  • Promote continuous improvement and adoption of modern SDLC and DevOps practices

Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead
  • Understanding of API development and integration patterns
  • Background in microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Capability to work closely with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business value
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and integrations
  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol or similar orchestration concepts)
  • Background in platform engineering or large-scale system integrations
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
