Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OtB Tech LLC is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own technical product areas such as analytics and AI/care platforms. The role involves defining strategy, requirements, and roadmap while collaborating closely with engineering and data teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Define product vision, roadmap and detailed requirements for a technical/data-heavy product area
• Work directly with engineering and data science on scoping, trade-offs and delivery
• Use data to size opportunities, define metrics and measure outcomes
• Manage stakeholders across clinical, operations and business teams

Skills

• 10+ years of experience
• Own technical product areas — analytics, AI/care platform, or patient identity & demographics — defining strategy, requirements and roadmap, and partnering closely with engineering and data teams to deliver
• Define product vision, roadmap and detailed requirements for a technical/data-heavy product area
• Work directly with engineering and data science on scoping, trade-offs and delivery
• Use data to size opportunities, define metrics and measure outcomes
• Manage stakeholders across clinical, operations and business teams
• SQL
• Prior engineering/data science background
• Experience with AI/ML, analytics, or identity/MDM products
• Healthcare, claims or EHR domain knowledge
• Python (familiarity)
• AWS (awareness)
• Comfort with SQL for self-serve analysis; understanding of data/AI systems and cloud (AWS) concepts; Python familiarity preferred for technical fluency with engineering teams
