SBase Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Digital Transformation professional to drive end-to-end transformation across supply chain functions using GEP Strategy, Software, and Managed Services. The role focuses on delivering measurable business outcomes through digital-led strategies and advanced supply chain platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across supply chain and procurement functions
• Define operating models, organizational design, and transformation roadmaps
• Conduct opportunity assessments, cost modeling, and value realization planning
• Drive strategic sourcing and should-cost modeling initiatives
• Develop zero-based budgeting and budget-to-pay strategies
• Design and optimize inventory strategy, network design, and logistics operations
• Enable S&OP, S&OE, and collaborative planning frameworks
• Implement and optimize GEP platforms enabled by AI and Machine Learning
• Lead Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations
• Configure category workbench, spend analytics, and savings tracking solutions
• Enable supplier management, third-party risk management, and compliance
• Support invoicing, payables, and forecast & capacity collaboration
• Drive supply chain visibility, inventory, and warehouse management solutions
• Oversee master data management, budgeting, cost management, and quality management
• Manage sourcing execution and category management services
• Oversee procurement operations, accounts payable, and buying desk services
• Support supply risk management and managed planning services
• Enable supplier collaboration, inventory management, and order management
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and service-level optimization
• Integrate planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes
• Deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performance supply chain solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners
• Track KPIs, ensure governance, and deliver measurable business impact

Skills

• Strong experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Digital Transformation roles
• Hands-on experience with GEP SMART / GEP NEXXE / GEP platforms preferred
• Expertise across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver processes
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and supply chain visibility tools
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive cost reduction, efficiency, and operational excellence
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or global supply chain environments
• Background in consulting, supply chain strategy, or managed services delivery
