Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a highly skilled Sr UX/UI Visual Designer to join a collaborative, fast-paced enterprise environment. This role involves creating intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences while working alongside cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging application interfaces with a strong focus on user workflows, interactions, integrations, and data visualization
• Create visually polished, accessible, and responsive experiences across web-based applications
• Partner closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to transform concepts into seamless user experiences
• Advocate for the end user while balancing business objectives and technical requirements
• Contribute to and expand enterprise design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
• Participate in design reviews and walkthroughs to maintain quality standards across projects
• Build strong relationships across multiple business units and stakeholder groups
• Drive work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging UX methodologies, and design technologies

Skills

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong focus on visual and interaction design
• Demonstrated success designing for large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing: Complex digital product implementations, Enterprise application design, Visual design excellence, User-centered problem solving, Data visualization projects
• Deep understanding of: Responsive design, Accessibility and inclusive design practices, Interaction design, Information architecture
• Expert-level visual design skills with strong command of: Typography, Layout and composition, Color theory, Design systems
• Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in an Agile environment
• Detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and comfortable working autonomously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, UX Design, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and user-centered design best practices
