Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Talent Partners is a leading electrical contractor delivering large-scale data center projects across the region. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects, taking full ownership of project delivery, financial performance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large commercial electrical projects from award through close-out
• Own project profitability, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Manage schedules, procurement, risk and project resources to ensure successful delivery
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leadership
• Drive change order management, contract administration and commercial performance
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Champion collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across the project team

Skills

• Candidates should be located in Texas or willing to relocate within the state
• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects with scopes exceeding $20M
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Experience leading project teams on complex commercial or industrial builds
• Excellent client-facing, leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a track record of delivering successful projects
• Data center experience is desirable, but not required
