Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The ABK Group, LLC is a national Healthcare IT Staffing and Consulting firm. They are seeking experienced Epic Certified Analysts to work on various Epic projects including implementations, upgrades, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and project teams to implement, upgrade, and optimize Epic systems
• Perform extensive Epic application build and design
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Epic modules
• Provide ongoing production support for Epic applications
• Participate in project planning, execution, and post-go-live support
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Skills

• Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, Beacon, etc.)
• Proven experience with Epic build and configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in various settings: remote, hybrid, or travel as required by the project
• Previous experience with multiple Epic projects
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
