They are seeking a Sr Creative Operations Manager to lead creative teams in delivering high-performing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing creative operations for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative pods to deliver high-performing, Class A campaigns on time
• Drive creative testing, innovation, and scale-up of winning ad concepts
• Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all assets
• Implement agile workflows and optimize creative operations for efficiency
• Analyze performance metrics to guide data-driven creative decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative strategy with business goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or Project Management certification is a plus)
• 5+ years leading creative campaigns in advertising or eCommerce, with a proven record of high-impact, scalable outputs
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creative teams to deliver measurable business results
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and advertising principles
• Strong strategic planning and prioritization abilities, with flawless execution under tight deadlines
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, turning insights into creative growth strategies
• Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
