TEK Connexion is seeking an experienced Sr. Content Management Analyst to lead content architecture and personalization initiatives across digital marketing platforms. The role involves auditing marketing collateral, designing content models, and partnering with teams to align content strategies with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Audit marketing collateral and disclosure databases to improve content governance and establish a single source of truth
• Identify and document vanity URLs, campaign IDs, and ownership details
• Design and document content models for deployment in Salesforce Personalization Engine and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Partner with Digital Strategy and Marketing teams to align content models with enterprise content strategy and brand guidelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in web content strategy, content management systems, and personalization
• Experience with web CMS platforms (AEM preferred)
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating content strategy and content management accomplishments
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
