Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Voto Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior CAD / BIM Specialist to support a large-scale facilities and real estate project. This role will focus on creating, updating, and validating as-built drawings and supporting Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain as-built drawings for facilities and infrastructure
• Review and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and engineering drawings
• Work extensively with AutoCAD and Autodesk tools (Revit preferred)
• Support and contribute to BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of facility documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and project teams
• Validate and update existing drawings based on real-world site conditions Skills
• Strong experience with AutoCAD (must-have)
• Experience with Revit / BIM modeling (highly preferred)
• Proven experience creating as-built drawings (critical requirement)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Experience with facility layouts, buildings, or infrastructure environments
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Company Overview
