They are seeking a Solutions Consultant to support complex B2B sales cycles by designing tailored solutions and engaging with customers to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to support customer engagements, product demonstrations, and complex bids/RFPs
• Translate customer challenges into compelling technical and commercial solutions
• Design tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives
• Support bid management and contribute to high-quality RFP responses
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Represent Achilles in customer meetings, industry events, and key forums

• Experience with bid management, RFP responses, and solution selling
• Proven contribution to revenue growth and pipeline development
• Experience working across global, cross-functional teams
• Background in supply chain, procurement, ESG, risk, or compliance solutions is essential
• Degree in Technology or equivalent relevant experience
• Professional certifications are advantageous
