As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple engineering squads, drive delivery and quality, and collaborate with global partners to enhance platform services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage multiple engineering squads
• Drive delivery velocity while maintaining quality and reliability
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on priorities
• Improve engineering practices and team effectiveness
• Support architectural decision-making across platform services
• Strengthen ownership, testing, and quality practices
• Reduce incidents through improved engineering discipline
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on engineering background
• Experience managing engineering teams
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
