They are seeking a talented Short-Form Content Scriptwriter to write compelling scripts that capture attention and drive conversions, working closely with creative strategists to produce high-performing videos.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, persuasive scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Transform creative concepts and briefs into polished, ready-to-film scripts
• Develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Write scripts for founder stories, product demos, testimonials, UGC, street interviews, and educational content
• Adapt messaging to fit different creators, audiences, and brand voices
• Revise and optimize scripts based on creative feedback and performance data
• Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and account managers throughout the production process

Skills

• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
• Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content
• Experience writing performance marketing, direct-response, or social media content
• Ability to write conversational, authentic scripts that feel native to the platform
