They are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to project management processes and best practices while managing stakeholder communications and resource allocations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules) from initiation to completion
• Manage all aspects of project management and delivery for scope, timelines, budget, and resources through the full project lifecycle aligned to organization's project management process
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks and organizational standards
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and platform capabilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment between business and IT teams
• Collaborate with change management teams to drive user adoption, training, and business readiness
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary
• Track budgets, manage cost forecasts, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and delivery outcomes
• Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership
• Proven project management experience in ServiceNow implementations
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
