[Remote] Account Manager - WI/Northern IL

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Domino Printing Sciences is a global expert in industrial printers, specializing in digital printing presses and traceability solutions. They are seeking an Account Manager responsible for achieving annual sales targets, exploring new territory opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to locations including customers, vendors, and Domino offices
  • Be instrumental in achieving consistent on-target performance
  • Conduct sufficient sales calls (minimum two plus per day)
  • Liaise with existing customer base to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction translating into high levels of customer retention
  • Provide regular, timely monthly reports on business activity
  • Provide support and assistance where necessary to other members of the Sales Team to ensure that the overall North America Sales target is achieved
  • Perform on-site demonstrations of any Domino technology when required
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Domino’s range of products and a strong knowledge of competitor offerings
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the disciplines associated with The Domino Sales System (DSS)
  • Actively plan and execute competitor penetration projects
  • Document feedback on all sales leads in Salesforce
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions where appropriate
  • Work in an effective way to minimize irrecoverable costs due to incorrect specification of work (follow clean-in practices)
  • Ensure daily use and updating of Salesforce
  • Ensure that all business actions are followed up promptly and diligently
  • Leverage commercial specialists including: BDMs, NAMs, PMMs, etc
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork and e-mails are provided for every quotation sent
  • Present a professional image of Domino, using the multimedia sales aid and other sales tools. (IE: ShowPad)
  • Ensure efficient sales plans are developed to maximize time and territory zone management
  • Perform regular and timely administrative reporting of business expenses and mileage
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers
  • Develop a close working relationship with your local Customer Service Engineers
  • Leverage Sr. Account Manager expertise for application, product, strategy

Skills

  • Valid Driver's License required
  • At least two years of sales experience required
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel; PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or an Associate's degree with at least one year of relevant experience
  • Coding & Marking sales experience preferred
