Job Summary Tryfacta is seeking Support Services Project Manager/Specialists (2 Positions) for a long-term contract opportunity with our client. Position: Support Services Project Manager/Specialist (2 Positions) Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-Term Contract Position 1 – Voice Service Modernization Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale telecommunications modernization projects.
• Manage AT&T Legacy Services (Copper-to-Cloud) migration initiatives.
• Oversee telecom ordering, provisioning, and vendor management.
• Support telecom contracts including ITB, RFP, RFR, and RFI activities.
• Drive VoIP and LTE migration projects.

Position 2 – LOS Audits & Project Support Responsibilities:

• Support statewide telecommunications modernization initiatives.
• Conduct telecom billing and network service audits.
• Identify billing discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training on communications billing processes.
• Support complex VoIP implementations and emergency communications modernization.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of telecommunications experience
• Strong knowledge of AT&T services, Centrex, VoIP, LTE, and telecom infrastructure
• Experience managing telecom vendors and large infrastructure modernization projects
• Experience with telecom billing analysis, invoice reconciliation, and financial audits
• Experience supporting State Government or large public-sector telecommunications environments
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with telecom procurement and contract management (ITB/RFP/RFR/RFI)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and VoIP deployment
• Role 2: Experience with E911 regulations and emergency communications technologies is highly preferred.

Preferred

• Public Sector or Government telecommunications experience
• Large enterprise voice modernization experience
• Experience leading cross-functional telecom projects
