Swoop is a market leader in privacy-safe healthcare marketing, connecting patients, healthcare providers, and brands through AI-driven technology. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their MyHealthTeam, focusing on building and managing social networks for individuals with chronic health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to build and manage MyHealthTeam’s social networks
• Keep an agile and test-driven mindset
• Be an all-rounder who can work as a full stack developer or manage our production AWS environment

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or math, or the equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, or AWS
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD
• A love of clean code
• Experience with AI-assisted code generation
• Motivation to work on projects that make a difference for people with chronic health conditions
• Experience with ZURB Foundation and Elasticsearch
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or a similar RAG solution
• If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, you are welcome to work at our office in downtown San Francisco. Others in the area come in around twice per week
